We request an initial non-refundable deposit of $400 in order to book your wedding date and begin planning. Your wedding reservation will not be confirmed until receipt of this deposit and form signed at the bottom by both bride & groom. All deposits may be made by either credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or check. If paying by check, please make payable to Your Aloha Wedding Co.
Further deposits may be required in order to secure a location where there is a site fee involved for your wedding ceremony and/or reception. Certain vendors (such as caterers, entertainment and rentals) may require deposits for their services in advance. All deposits go toward the overall amount of your wedding invoice. Final payment of your balance must be received at least 45 days prior to your wedding date.
A payment plan can be arranged for your convenience to ensure complete final payment by the balance due date. Any changes or additions to your wedding package within 45 days of your wedding date -- such as changes to booked vendors or cake/flower orders – may be subject to an additional fee. Additions to your order will be accommodated providing that such services/items can be acquired within the time allotted.
Please note that the Hawaii State Excise Tax of 4.166% will be added to the total all services and goods.
Any cancellations or rescheduling of your wedding day events must be submitted in writing to Your Aloha Wedding Co. at least 45 days prior to the reserved date. All deposits received before time of cancellation will be forfeited unless otherwise noted by specific vendors. A $100 fee will be charged for rescheduling your event after it has been confirmed.
At Your Aloha Wedding Co., our goal is to provide you with a full service, all-inclusive wedding experience. To ensure the highest quality of services while planning your wedding, we ask that all wedding vendors be booked by us through Your Aloha Wedding Co. This will also ensure clear lines of communication and responsibility between coordinator and vendor(s) throughout your wedding day events.
